How I Ended Up At Siena

During my junior year of high school I began to look at colleges due to the pressure from my dad; not that I didn't want to go to college but I probably would have held it off a lot longer. Because my brother went to Siena, my dad was pretty set on me coming here but Siena was the last school on my list because my brother had gone here. However, I wanted to go to a school that was semi close to home and because of where my parents decided to live and because Siena is where it is, is partly why I am attending this college. Also, I am a business major and Siena has created a good business program so that was also an influence on my decision to go here. I also grew up in a middle class family where money really isn't an issue so I was pretty lucky to have applied to many schools. However, my number one choice school was NYU and because I did not get in there I chose to go to Siena because as time got closer to graduating I realized that I wanted to be close but not too close from my family because my family has always been very close. So, ultimately this is how I ended up at Siena.
